The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.
Problem
The lift, tilt, and auxiliary control valve group for the bank valve group may fail on the machines listed above. The return spring on the spool can fail.
The operator may experience the following symptoms due to the failure:
- Erratic and incorrect functions
- Unusual operation of tilt, lift, or auxiliary functions
- No function

In the event of failure, replace with the above listed part number with the same part number:
Report the failure through the CPI feedback tool in Service Information Management System (SIMSi) referencing CPI number 422253 to have a "Send-It-Back" (SIB) request generated. An SIB request will be issued to your dealer code in the SIB system after the (SIMSi) entry is created.
Submit the failed component along with any other available information through (SIMSi).
