安装回转微调控制装置的目的是确保精确的回转动作，而使冲击载荷最小。 通过平衡油道 (6) 和 (7) 中的机油压力来实现本功能。
精细回转电磁阀 (3) 断电时，精细回转阀位于中间位置。 在中间位置，油道 (8) 和 (5) 形成闭合连接。 在此位置，回转回路以正常方式工作。
当精细回转控制开关接通时，电磁阀 (3) 通电。 精细回转阀克服弹簧 (4) 的弹力移动。 精细回转阀位于此位置时，油道 (6) 经油道 (8) 和 (5) 接通油道 (7)。 缸体 (1) 中的节流孔 (9) 控制流速。
注: 当精细回转控制电磁阀接通时，回转制动器断开。
