Bucket Control (1) Lever (2) Lift arm assembly (3) Tilt cylinder (4) Bucket (5) Link (6) Lift cylinders (two) (7) Lift arm position sensor |
The bucket control provides a way to control the operation of bucket (4).
The group is made up of the following components: two lift cylinders (6), lift arm position sensor (7), tilt cylinder (3), lift arm assembly (2), lever (1) and link (5).
The placement of link (5) in the lift arm assembly is called the z-bar linkage. The Z is formed by the following components: tilt cylinder (3), lever (1) and link (5).
The following components are fastened to the loader frame by pins: tilt cylinder (3), lift cylinders (6) and lift arm assembly (2).
When pressure oil is sent to the head end of lift cylinders (6), lift arm assembly (2) is raised. When pressure oil flows to rod end of lift cylinders (6), lift arm assembly (2) is lowered.
The bucket tilts back when pressure oil is sent to the head end of tilt cylinder (3). The bucket dumps when pressure oil flows to the rod end of the tilt cylinder.

Tilt kickout (3) Tilt cylinder (8) Magnet (9) Sensor |
The machine ECM automatically moves the tilt control valve spool to the HOLD position when the bucket gets to the desired tilt angle.
When the rod moves in tilt cylinder (3), magnet (8) travels along sensor (9). Sensor (9) is monitored by the machine ECM. When, magnet (8) reaches a specified position on sensor (9) the machine ECM will disengage the tilt kickout. The tilt kickout uses electronic snubbing so that the tilt cylinder will not stop immediately.

Lift kickout (7) Lift arm position sensor |
The machine ECM automatically moves the lift control valve spool to the HOLD position when the bucket gets to the desired lift position.
When, the lift arm moves position sensor (7) rotates. The sensor is monitored by the machine ECM. The sensor gets to the desired position the machine ECM will disengage the lift kickout. The lift kickout uses electronic snubbing so that the lift cylinders will not stop immediately.
