  1. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to position flywheel housing (24). The weight of flywheel housing (24) is approximately 726 kg (1600 lb).

  2. Install bolts (25) that connect the oil pan to flywheel housing (24).

  3. Install bolts (26) remove Tooling (A) from flywheel housing (24).

  4. Install crankshaft position sensor (21), bolts (20), and connect harness assembly (22).

  5. Install cover (19), bolts (17), and connect harness assembly (18).

  6. Connect tube assembly (16).

  7. Install cam gear (15) and bolts (14).

  8. Install cover (13), bolts (12), cover (10), bolts (11), and seals (9).

  9. Use a suitable lifting device to position turbo support (1). The weight of turbo support is approximately 191 kg (421 lb).

  10. Install bolts (3), bolt (8), and position harness assembly (4).

  11. Position line (7), install bolts (5), and hose assembly (6).

  12. Connect hose assembly (2).

End By:

  1. Install the crankshaft rear seal.

  2. Install the aftercooler.

  3. Install the starters.

  4. Install the turbo chargers.
