Start by:
a. Connect the Steering Frame Lock.

Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, all hoses, and all tubes to prevent fluid loss and to prevent contaminants from entering the system.
- Drain the output transfer gear case into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Transmission oil - Change".
- Disconnect tube assembly (1).
- Remove bolts (2) and magnetic filter screen and housing assembly (3) from the output transfer gear case.

- Install magnetic filter screen and housing assembly (3) in the reverse order of removal.
