Improved Injector Clamp Eliminates Interference With Bridge {1290}

Description of Change: The inside diameter of the 1N4910 Injector Clamp has been reduced by 0.3 mm (.0118") to provide a closer fit on the injector. With the use of the new injectors (7C341, 7C345 and 7C2239 Injectors), the former clamp can contact the bridge if not assembled carefully. The improved clamp eliminates the need to loosen and realign the clamp with the bridge during assembly to prevent interference. The former clamp can be used with the new injectors, with careful assembly, to avoid contact between the bridge and clamp.
Adaptable To: The improved 1N4910 Injector Clamp is adaptable to all earlier engines, regardless of which injector is used. The part number did not change.
