The new 8T5261 Bushing Installer And Remover Adapter is available for use with the 3300 Family of Engines. This adapter can be used with the other tools listed in the chart to remove and install the tapered pin bearing in 8N1984 Connecting Rods. Special Instruction, Form SMHS7295, describes the bearing replacement procedure. The new 8T5261 Bushing Installer And Remover Adapter and all the other tools listed in the chart are available from the Caterpillar Parts Department.
