Assembly Procedure

Note: Inspect the O-ring seals. Replace the O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.

1. Install O-ring seals (10) onto valve (8) .

2. Repeat Step 1 for valve (9) .

3. Install valves (9) and (8) . Tighten valves (9) and (8) to a torque of 50 ± 5 N·m (37 ± 4 lb ft).

4. Install coil assemblies (7) and (6) .

5. Install nuts (4) and (5) . Tighten nuts (5) and (4) to a torque of 20 ± 3 N·m (177 ± 27 lb in).

6. Install O-ring seal (3) onto pressure sensor (1) .

7. Repeat Step 6 for pressure sensor (2) .

8. Install pressure sensors (2) and (1) . Tighten pressure sensors (2) and (1) to a torque of 20 ± 3 N·m (177 ± 27 lb in).

End By: Install the fuel control manifold. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Control Manifold (ARD) - Install".
