Heating and Air Conditioning Unit - Assemble
Assembly Procedure
- Install blower motor (15). Install bolts (14). Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 1.70 ± 0.25 N·m (15.046 ± 2.213 lb in).

- Connect harness assembly (12). Attach cable strap (13) .

- Install heating and air conditioning assembly (11) .

- Connect top housing (8) to bottom housing (10). Install clips (9) .

- Install top plenum (3). Connect the lanyard and install bolt (5). Install clips (4). Install latches (2) .
