Engine Oil Cooler - Remove and Install

Usage:

Removal Procedure

  1. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil - Change". Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil - Check" for the correct draining and filling procedure.

  2. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

  3. Disconnect tube assembly (2), hose assemblies (1), tubes (3). Attach a suitable lifting device to engine oil cooler (4). The weight of engine oil cooler (4) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb). Remove bolts (5) and engine oil cooler (4)

Installation Procedure

  1. Install engine oil cooler (4) in the reverse order of removal.
