A New Procedure for Checking Steering Cylinder and Frame Stop Dimensions is Now Available {4303, 4304, 4330, 7050, 7188}

A new procedure is available that provides the recommended procedures needed to check the dimensions for the steering cylinder frame stops. The new procedure is for the 988G and 988H Wheel Loaders listed above. Improper stop dimensions can allow the steering cylinders to extend fully resulting in cylinder failures. Refer to the Special Instruction reference above for the information on this procedure.
