The truck model year is not always the same as the emissions model year. Some 2007 truck models could have engines that are not 2007 low emission engines. The 2007 low emission engine is designed to operate on ultralow sulfur diesel fuel with a 15 ppm sulfur cap. Refer to the Illustration below. Only use ultralow sulfur diesel fuel in 2007 and later low emission engines.
