Be sure the correct sending units are ordered if a replacement is required. Some parts books may not specify the correct sending units to be used with the oil pressure and water temperature gauges in the current control panels. If sending units that were used with noncurrent control panels are used with gauges in current control panels, incorrect oil pressure and water temperature indications will result. The chart lists the correct gauges and sending units to be used with the current and noncurrent control panels.
