The Graphics Master Board is located on the door of the Controls Cabinet above the Display Interface Board.
The Graphics Master Board controls the LCD touch-screen. The Graphics Master Board generates all graphics seen on the touch-screen.
The Graphics Master Board is the hub for all customer communication interfaces including the touch screen, databases, logfiles, and modem and ethernet connectivity.
Reset Display
To reset the front panel display, press the SW1 Switch (364) on the Graphics Master Board.
Removal
- Perform steps in the Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Internal Component Preremoval Steps (Controls Cabinet)" in order to de-energize the system and gain access to internal components.
- Disconnect all connectors from the board. The connectors locations in the unit are labeled. Verify each connector to make sure that the label is present and legible.

Follow these guidelines when you handle any module: Touch a grounded object to discharge static potential. Wear an approved wrist-strap grounding device. Do not touch the bus connector or connector pins. Do not touch circuit components inside the module. If available, use a static-safe work station. |
- Unscrew the four plastic cross tip screws from the four corners of the Board.

- Position the board in the cabinet over the four plastic stand-offs that are connected to the back of the door panel.
- Attach the Board with four cross tip screws at the four corners of the Board.
Note: Do not over tighten the plastic screws to prevent stripping the threads.
- Plug the wire connectors into the correct connectors on the board. Check the labels on each connector for proper placement.
Note: Do not replace the plastic screws that hold the Graphics Master Board to the door with metal screws.
