The right panel contains three Input Secondary Current Transformers and three Output Secondary Current Transformers. These transformers are used for input and output current measurement scaling of the UPS.

The inputs of these Current Transformers are connected to the primary Current Transformers in the Static Switch cabinet. The output of these Current Transformers is connected to the analog inputs of the HVI Board mounted on the same panel.

Current Transformers 4A to 6A are used in order to measure Input current. Current Transformers 1A to 3A are used to measure Output current.

Removal

  1. Perform steps in the Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Internal Component Preremoval Steps (Controls Cabinet)" in order to de-energize the system and gain access to internal components.

  1. Remove the four wires that connect to the following posts of the Current Transformer:H1, H2X1 and X2. The cables locations are labeled. Verify the labels.

  1. Remove the four cross head screws that attach the Current Transformer to the right panel.
