Cab Filter (Fresh Air) - Clean/Inspect/Replace

Usage:

D6N LGP PBA
Note: Inspect the filters and clean the filters more often in dusty conditions.

  1. Open the filter cover and remove the filter element. The filter cover is in front of the cab.

  2. Clean the filter element with low-pressure air.

    Note: Do not use air pressure higher than 200 kPa (30 psi). Direct the air from the clean side to the dirty side. Do not wash the filter element.

  3. Look through the filter toward a bright light. Inspect the filter element and the gasket for damage. Replace a damaged filter or gasket.

  4. Install the filter element. Close the filter cover.
