Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the clean gas induction cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Clean Gas Induction Cooler - Remove and Install".

Hot engine components can cause injury from burns. Before performing maintenance on the engine, allow the engine and the components to cool. |

Note: Put identification marks on all hoses, on all hose assemblies, on all wires, and on all tube assemblies for installation purposes. Plug all hose assemblies and all tube assemblies.
Note: Put orientation and location marks on all fittings for installation purposes.
- Turn the fuel supply to the OFF position.

- Disconnect coil wire (1). Remove bolt (2). Disconnect ground wire (3) .

- Remove bolts (8). Disconnect tube assembly (7) and remove the gasket. Disconnect tube assembly (9) .

Installation Procedure

- Install combustion body group (ARD) (19). Install bolts (18) .

Note: The clamp for the combustion body group (ARD) can be used only one time. Discard the clamp for the combustion body group (ARD) after use.
- Install a new clamp (11) .
