- Remove one of bolt (1). Install Tooling (A) .

- Remove remaining bolts (1). Remove plate (2). Remove pulley (3). Remove vibration damper (4) from adapter (5) .

- Remove adapter (5) from the crankshaft.
- Remove Tooling (A) from the crankshaft.

Thoroughly inspect the viscous damper for signs of leakage or for signs of a dented (damaged) case. Either of these conditions can cause the weight to make contact with the case. This can affect the viscous damper's operation. |
- Install Tooling (A) in the crankshaft.

- Install adapter (5) and vibration damper (4) on Tooling (A).
- Install pulley (3) on Tooling (A) .
- Install plate (2) on Tooling (A) .
- Apply Tooling (B) to bolts (1). Install bolts (1). Remove Tooling (A) and install the remaining bolt (1) .
