Belt Tensioner - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Release the spring tension on the belt tensioner and remove the belt.

- Remove bolt (1). Remove belt tensioners (2) from alternator support (3) .
Note: Place an index mark on the belt tensioner and the alternator support for assembly purposes.
- Remove bolt (4). Remove belt tensioner (5) from compressor support (6) .
Note: Place an index mark on the belt tensioner and the compressor support for assembly purposes.

Installation Procedure
- Position belt tensioner (5) on compressor support (6). Install bolt (4) .

- Position belt tensioner (2) on alternator support (3). Install bolt (1) .

- Release the spring tension on the belt tensioner and install the belt.
