(2) Apply 7M-7456 Bearing Mount Compound to the wiper seal groove prior to assembly.

(3) Apply clean grease to threads. Torque for head ... 600 ± 130 N·m (443 ± 95 lb ft)

(4) Lubricate the sealing lip lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

(A) Diameter of new piston over two lands ... 88.4 ± 0.03 mm (3.48 ± 0.001 inch)

(B) Bore of new cylinder assembly ... 88.90 ± 0.08 mm (3.500 ± 0.003 inch)

(C) Outer diameter of new rod ... 57.100 ± 0.038 mm (2.2480 ± 0.0015 inch)

(D) Bore of new head over four lands ... 57.48 ± 0.03 mm (2.263 ± 0.001 inch)
