在检验、保养、测试、调整及维修产品时，务必留心，确保液体盛装在容器中。 在打开任何腔室或拆解任何储有液体的部件之前，要准备好用合适的容器收集液体。 有关适合收集和盛接卡特彼勒产品上液体的工具及用品，参考专门出版物, NENG2500, "卡特彼勒工具和修理车间设备指南"。 按照当地法规和指令处置所有液体。 |
如果油受到污染，可能会造成部件的早期故障。 受到污染的油也会引起过热。 利用以下步骤对系统中的油进行采样：
- 起动发动机并在高转速下运转。 使机油温度达到正常工作温度。
- 要使机油循环，反复移动转向变速箱集成控制器（STIC）使其经过所有转动位置，并反复踩下制动踏板。
- 在低怠速下运转发动机。
注: 确保转向操纵杆处于 锁定 位置。 不要操作转向变速箱集成控制器（STIC）或者制动器。
- 从转向系统先导油泵的取样阀中抽取 50 mL (1.7 fl oz) 油，以便清洗取样阀。 妥善地处理这些油。
