(1) 从前惰轮组件拆卸管塞并向此端口施加空气压力。 前惰轮组件应至少在 30 秒内维持 245 至 265 kPa (36 至 38 psi) 的空气压力。 加注 0.625 ± 0.300 L (0.1651 ± 0.0793 US gal) 的 SAE 30-CD 机油。 将 4C-4030 螺纹锁固胶 涂敷在管塞螺纹上并安装管塞。
(2) 组装时，橡胶曲面密封和所有接触面必须清洁干燥。 组装之前，在金属密封环的接触面上涂一薄层 6V-4876 润滑剂 。 金属密封圈必须装配成方形。 橡胶曲面密封不能凸起也不能扭曲。
(3) 使用润滑剂润滑要密封的 O 形密封圈。
(4) 安装销，使开口在指定范围。 销的正确位置如 B-B 视图所示。

(C) 指定范围 ... 40 度 (D) 距惰轮轴中心线的角度 ... 20 度
(5) 组装前，清洁表面以清除防护涂层。
(6) 安装惰轮轴。 将压印在惰轮轴端面的 "R" 标记向后定位至前惰轮轴承内。

- 最小值 ... 0.26 mm (0.010 in)
- 最大值 ... 1.26 mm (0.050 in)
