1. Install evaporator coil (24). Slide evaporator coil (24) into position, as shown.

2. Install heater coil (23).

3. Install bolt (22). Repeat for the other side. Connect tube (21).

4. Install cover (20). Install bolts (18) and (19).

5. Connect hose assemblies (16) and (17).

6. Install bolt (13). Install nuts (14) and (15).

7. Connect hose assemblies (11) and (12).

8. Install cover (10). Install bolts (8) and (9).

9. Install filter (7).

10. Install cover (6) and bolts (5). Install panel (3) and knobs (4).

11. Install cover (2) and screws (1).

12. Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.

13. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
