(4) Torque the five bolts to the following value. ... 30 ± 2 N·m (22 ± 1.5 lb ft)

When the fuel transfer pump is using diesel fuel, the fuel transfer pump has the following specifications.

Run the pump at 4118 rpm. The full bypass pressure must be 575 ± 50 kPa (83 ± 7 psi).

Run the pump at 90 rpm. The flow at 50 kPa (7 psi) must be 0.14 L/min (0.0370 US gpm).

Run the pump at 1890 rpm. The flow at 500 kPa (72.5 psi) must be 1.6 L/min (0.4227 US gpm).

Run the pump at 100 rpm. The pump must maintain a vacuum of 60.9 kPa (9 psi) for 30 seconds once the inlet is blocked.
