Description of Problem

Certain Small Wheel loader applications that are installed with 3056E Engines indicate a low oil pressure condition. The application may also experience an elevated idle condition.

The threshold in the original software has been set too low. A low oil pressure condition therefore exists. These limits have been reset in order to prevent a repetition of the condition.

Due to limits within the software, the engine was set to the cold start condition. This event set the engine to the elevated idle condition. These limits have also been adjusted in order to resolve this condition.

Resolution

If either of these events occur then the condition can be resolved by reflashing the Electronic Control Module (ECM) with a new flash file. The replacement flash files are listed below.
