在发动机和泵停机之后,液压油的压力仍会保留在此种机器的液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前,如果不事先释放压力,可能会造成严重伤害。为了避免可能的伤害,在进行接头、软管或液压部件操作之前应释放液压系统压力。

一定要将机器移到远离其它机器行驶线路的地方。发动机运转并进行测试或调整时,应保证其他人员远离机器。



注意

机器做检查、保养、测试、调整和修理时,必须小心,不让油液流出。 在打开任何舱室或拆解任何储有液体的零件之前,要准备好合适的容器收集流出液体。

注: 此测试是在试验台上进行。

本测试步骤不需要使用工具。

测试步骤

  1. 采集任何数据前,机油 10W 的供油温度必须为 82° ± 4°C (180° ± 10°F)。 将泵控制设置为最大排量。

  1. 在温度为 3450 kPa (500 psi),转速为 2000 rpm 的条件下,记录泵的输出流量。

  1. 在温度为 17200 kPa (2500 psi),转速为 2000 rpm 的条件下,记录泵的输出流量。

  1. 使用表 1 中的公式计算流量损失。

  1. 泵输出流量损失不得超过 3 %。 如果泵流量损失超过 3%,在油温为 66° ± 4°C (150° ± 10°F) 的条件下,重复步骤 1 到 4。

  1. 执行步骤 5 后,如果泵流量损失仍超过 3%,则需要更换泵。
