- 拆卸螺栓 (1) 、轴承盖 (2) 和垫片。 注意用于组装的垫片的数量和位置。

- 起动发动机。 回缩提升油缸。

(1) 用少量密封的润滑剂对油缸连杆的螺纹进行润滑。 螺母的扭矩 ... 3000 ± 300 N·m (2210 ± 220 lb ft)
(2) 四个螺栓的扭矩 ... 430 ± 60 N·m (317 ± 44 lb ft)
(3) 用少量密封的润滑剂对密封唇进行润滑。
(4) 在组装之前先将工具 (C) 涂敷在雨刮器密封槽上。

- 降低轴承 (10) 温度。

- 使用工具 (A) 和适当的压具，将轴承 (10) 安装在轴承盖 (9) 中。 安装后轴承内径必须为 88.87 ± 0.10 mm (3.5 ± 0.004 in)。
- 对其他轴承盖重复步骤 1 和 2。
- 使用适当的起吊设备，将提升油缸 (7) 安置在机器上。 提升油缸 (7) 的重量约为 239 kg (525 lb)。

- 拧紧螺栓 (1) 至扭矩 620 ± 80 N·m (460 ± 60 lb ft)。
