An Improved Cooling Fan Clutch Is Now Used For D9R and D10R {1359}

Usage:

D10R 3KR
Track-Type Tractor:
D10R (S/N: 3KR1-UP; AKT1-UP)
D9R (S/N: ABK1-UP; ACL1-UP)

Description of Change: An improved fan clutch is now used on D9R and D10R Track-Type Tractors. The new fan clutch has the same physical appearance and mounting as all prior models. For the purpose of identification, the part number of the fan clutch is located on the mounting support of the fan clutch near the relief for the wiring of the fan speed sensor.

Adaptable To: The new 227-7512 Fan Clutch is effective with D9R (S/N: ABK807-UP; ACL984-UP) and D10R (S/N: AKT358-UP) Track-Type Tractors. The new 227-7512 Fan Clutch and the remanufactured 10R-1417 Fan Clutch are adaptable to D9R (S/N: ABK1-806; ACL1-983) and D10R (S/N: AKT1-357; 3KR1-UP) Track-Type Tractors that are equipped with the mountings and the oil supply lines for a cooling fan clutch. The new clutch is a direct replacement for the former 183-51160R-8984 Fan Clutches .

D9R (S/N: 7TL1-UP; 8BL1-UP) Track-Type Tractors should continue to use the 178-9300 Fan Clutch.
