A new hydraulic oil cooler assembly is now available for service replacement. New 226-7166 Cooler Assembly (2) and 225-5124 Retainer (1) are direct replacements for the former 104-4230125-3945215-3593 Cooler Assemblies on the D9R (S/N: 7TL1-UP).
The new 225-5124 Retainer is required for mounting because the new cooler assembly is 65 mm (2.6 inch) shorter than the former cooler assemblies. In addition, the new cooler assembly is 22 mm (0.9 inch) thicker than the former cooler assemblies. The width of the cooler is unchanged.

Do not use the 6V-9004 Elbow that is already used at the top of the new core. Loosen the elbow on the other end of the hose that connects at the top of the new core. Swivel the elbow on the other end of the hose upward in order to help arrange the new parts.
All of the parts at the top of the core are new parts.
The 3T-4965 O-Ring Adapter is the only additional new part at the bottom of the new core.
