Description of Change: Improved ignition transformers have been developed for use in G3500 and G3400 Engines with the Electronic Ignition System (EIS). The new transformers have a different secondary resistance from the original transformers.
Adaptable To: The new transformers are adaptable to all of the Engines that are listed above. Table 1 lists the new parts and the former parts. Illustration 1 is a chart for the resistance of the former transformers. Illustration 2 is a chart for the resistance of the new transformers. Table 2 lists the serial number effectivity.
