The implement control valves are assembled in a valve stack. The control valve stack includes as many as nine sections. The sections can be different due to the optional equipment on the machine. End cover (1), main relief valve (2), charging valve (3), check valve (4), inlet manifold (5), bulldozer lift control valve (6), bulldozer tilt control valve (7), ripper lift control valve (8), ripper tip control valve (9) and winch control valve (not shown) components can be included in the control valve stack.
Bulldozer lift control valve (6) has four positions: RAISE, HOLD, LOWER and FLOAT. Bulldozer tilt control valve (7) has three positions: TILT RIGHT, HOLD and TILT LEFT. Ripper lift control valve (8) has three positions: RAISE, HOLD and LOWER. Ripper tip control valve (9) has three positions: TIP IN, HOLD and TIP OUT. The winch control valve (not shown) has three positions: REEL IN, HOLD and REEL OUT.
