The schematic diagram of the fuel actuator in the above service module shows that Pin B goes to ECM J2-13 and that Pin C goes to ECM J2-5. The correct connection between the fuel actuator and the ECM is Pin B to J2-5 and Pin C to J2-13. Please update your manual.
