滚热的油或液压油的压力会对人员造成伤害。 发动机停机之后，液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前，如果不事先释放压力，可能会造成严重伤害。 卸下机具和其油路之前，必须先把机具放到地面上，让油先冷却，才可进行工作。 只能在发动机停机，并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖。 |
注: 为便于安装，在所有管路、软管、导线和管子上做出识别标记。 插接好所有线路、软管和管路。 这将有助于防止液体泄漏和防止污染物进入系统。
- 将软管组件 (2) 和 (3) 从转向控制阀 (1) 上断开。

- 将软管组件 (7) 从转向控制阀 (1) 上断开。

- 拆下管组件 (11) 和 (12) 两端的螺栓。

- 将螺栓 (13) 从转向控制阀 (1) 上拆下。

- 将工具 (A) 和适当的起吊设备安装到转向控制阀 (1) 上。 转向控制阀 (1) 的重量约为 52 kg (115 lb)。
