转速传感器的安装 (1) 转速传感器 (2) 锁紧螺母 (3) 磁芯 (4) 齿轮 (5) 飞轮壳体 | |
在更换传感器之前，先确保传感器出故障。 务必检查并确认已向传感器供电。 测量传感器的触点之间的电压。 检查磁力探头或轮齿上有无金属屑。
进行下述步骤来更换转速传感器。
- 将钥匙起动开关和断路开关转到 OFF 位置。
- 缓慢将转速传感器 (1) 拧入飞轮壳体 (5) 中，使磁芯 (3) 接触齿轮 (4) 。
- 逆时针转动转速传感器 (1) 。 转动量应约为 3/4 圈。
注: 321C 为 4/5 - 1 圈。
- 暂时拧紧锁紧螺母 (2) 。
- 将发动机转速旋钮设定到位置 1（低怠速位置）。
- 将断路开关转到接通位置。
- 起动发动机。
- 启用维修模式。
- 输入维修代码 11 来显示发动机转速。
- 确认显示的转速为 800 RPM。
注: 321C 为 1000 RPM。
- 如果没有显示正确的转速，则需顺时针转动转速传感器 (1) 。 转动量应不超过 1/3 圈。
- 关闭发动机。
- 将锁紧螺母 (2) 上紧到 25 N·m (18.4 lb ft) 的扭矩。
注: 321C 为 29.5 ± 5 N·m (21 ± 4 lb ft)
- 确认使用新传感器后排除该故障。
- 清除错误记录。 请参阅测试和调整, "使用维修模式"。
