1. Install M16 x 2.0 Bolt (38) in spool assembly (39) . Align the slot on spool assembly (39) with the holes for dowel pins (37) . Install dowel pins (37) and remove bolt (38) from manifold (28) .

2. Install O-ring seals (36) on stem (35) .

3. Install stems (35) and tighten to a torque of 50 ± 5 N·m (37.0 ± 4 lb ft).

4. Install solenoids (34) , spacers (32) , and nuts (33) . Tighten nuts (33) to a torque of 9.5 ± 1.5 N·m (84.0 ± 13 lb in).

5. Install O-ring seal (31) to manifold (28) .

6. Install plugs and seals (29) in plate (27) .

Note: Install the plugs in the same location. Tighten the plugs to a torque of 0.6 N·m (5.0 lb in).

7. Install dowels (30) and install plate (27) on manifold (28) , as shown.

8. Install spools (23) and springs (24) in valve (15) .

9. Install O-rings (25) on plugs (26) and install plugs (26) . Tighten plugs (26) to a torque of 50 ± 5 N·m (37.0 ± 4 lb ft).

10. Install pistons (22) in valve (15) .

11. Install springs (20) and (21) in valve (15) .

12. Install O-ring seals (19) .

13. Install plate (18) and bolts (17) to valve (15) .

14. Install O-ring seal (16) .

15. Install valve (15) on the manifold and the plate.

16. Install bolts (13) . Tighten bolts (13) to a torque of 30 ± 4 N·m (22.0 ± 3 lb ft).

17. Install O-ring seal (14) .

18. Install plate (12) and dowels (11) .

19. Install O-ring seal (6) on manifold (4) .

20. Install O-rings (10) on stems (7) . Install stems (7) into manifold (4) . Tighten stems (7) to a torque of 30 ± 3 N·m (22 ± 2 lb ft).

21. Install solenoids (8) and nuts (9) . Tighten nuts (9) to a torque of 9.5 ± 1.5 N·m (84 ± 13 lb in).

22. Install manifold (4) and washers (5) on the valve assembly.

23. Install plate (3) and bolts (1) . Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 30 ± 4 N·m (22.0 ± 3 lb ft).

24. Install wire ties (2) , as shown.

End By: Install the steering clutch and brake control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Clutch and Brake - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
