- 将软管 (3) 从壳体歧管 ( 2) 上断开。
- 卸下螺栓 (4)。 拆下管 (5)、水温调节器壳体 ( 1) 和壳体歧管 (2)。

图 2 g01093551 - 将水温调节器壳体 ( 1) 从壳体歧管 (2) 上拆下。 从壳体歧管拆下 O 形密封圈 ( 8) 和 O 形密封圈 (7)。
- 拆下水温调节器 ( 9)。
- 拆下唇型密封 (11)。
- 将管 (5) 从水温调节器壳体上拆下。 拆下 O 形密封圈 (10)。

- 使用工具 (A) 将唇形密封 ( 11) 安装到水温调节器壳体 ( 1) 中。
- 将 O 形密封圈 (10) 安装到管 ( 5) 上。 将工具 (B) 涂抹在 O 形密封圈上。 将管安装在水温调节器壳体上。
- 将 O 形密封圈 (7) 和 O 形密封圈 (8) 安装在壳体歧管 ( 2) 中。
- 将水温调节器 (9) 安装到水温调节器壳体中。

- 连接软管 (3)。
- 连接冷却液温度传感器的线束组件 ( 6)。
