(2) Diameter of new piston ... 151.90 ± 0.05 mm (5.980 ± 0.002 inch)

(3) Bore in new head ... 63.78 ± 0.03 mm (2.511 ± 0.001 inch)

(4) Diameter of new rod ... 63.450 ± 0.038 mm (2.4980 ± 0.0015 inch)

(5) Bore in new cylinder ... 152.40 + 0.13 mm - 0.05 mm (6.000 + 0.005 inch - 0.002 inch)

(6) Torque for the head bolts when the rod is fully extended. ... 410 ± 45 N·m (300 ± 35 lb ft)

(7) Lubricate the lips of the seal with the lubricant that is being sealed.

(8) Apply 4C-4032 Bearing Mount Compound to the wiper seal groove prior to assembly.
