Backup Alarm - The alarm sounds when the transmission control lever is in the REVERSE position. The alarm alerts the people behind the machine that the machine is backing up.

The backup alarm is on the rear of the machine.

A three-position switch that regulates the sound level is at the rear of the alarm. The three positions on the switch are HIGH, LOW, and MEDIUM. To adjust the sound level, remove the red plastic cap and move the three-position toggle switch to the desired position. After the alarm is set at the desired sound level, replace the plastic cap.

The alarm is set from the factory at the highest sound level. The setting should remain on HIGH, unless the job site requires a lower sound level.
