Governor Lever - Pull the lever rearward in order to increase engine rpm. Push the lever forward in order to decrease engine rpm. Push the lever forward to the detent for the LOW IDLE position.

Decelerator Pedal - Push down on the pedal in order to override the governor control lever. This will reduce the engine speed. Use the pedal in order to reduce the engine speed when you make a directional shift. Use the decelerator pedal in order to maneuver in tight locations.
