CID 0336 FMI 02 Incorrect ECS Switch inputs
Conditions Which Generate This Code:
The Electronic Control Module (ECM) detects the following condition:
- One line for the Engine Control Switch (ECS) is open and one line is low.
System Response:
The code is logged in memory. The diagnostic code may be viewed on a display module or on the Caterpillar Electronic Technician (ET). The ECM will flag the ECS as invalid data.
Test Step 1. Perform the following diagnostic procedure: "Engine Control Switch (ECS)"
