Blade Guard May Interfere With Upper Radiator Guard Hinge
Usage:
TRACK-TYPE TRACTORSD5M (6GN1160-1188, 4BR471-494) TRACK-TYPE TRACTORS
Problem:
On some D5M XL machines, the guard of the blade may come into contact the upper hinge of the radiator guard. This situation could occur when the blade is being used at the maximum height and at maximum tilt.
Solution:
The 104-7426 Guard of the 104-7410 Blade Assembly may be machined as shown in the following illustration. Machining of the guard will allow full movement of the blade without contacting the upper radiator guard hinge.
