Here is the procedure to touchup structured paint for lift arms:

Product Description

- Structured primer based on epoxy-ester resin
- One pack quick air drying
- To cover up some manufacturing faults of the surface
- Chrome and lead free
- Recoatable by alkyd / acrylic modified alkyd and polyurethane topcoats
- Good anticorrosion properties

How to supply the product

- SIGMA-COATINGS: Phone 32 (0) 64 51 76 70
- Available conditioning: 1/2 L / 5 L cans

How to touchup

- All free particles to be removed
- Scratched area cleaning:
* degreasing
* rinsing
* blowing up
* drying
- Before use, paint to be correctly agitated
- Manual application
* adapted roller or foam sponge
* viscosity of 35-40 seconds Din 4 at 22 degrees
* to thin, use xylene or equivalent
- Gun application
* round nozzle with 2,8 and 4,2 mm openings
* conventional air
* pression of ± 4 bars
- Thickness to be reached: ± 50 microns
- Air drying (10-15 minutes)
- Topcoat recovering (20-30 microns)
- Air drying
