Tools For Use With 7S1100 Hydraulic Press To Assemble Couplings On 31.8 mm (1.25") I.D. XT-6 Hose{0624,7554}
Usage:
The Special Instruction, Form SMHS 6880-01 "Using 7S1100 Hydraulic Press Arrangement", does not show a list of the tools needed to assemble couplings on 31.8 mm (1.25") I.D. (Inside Diameter) XT-6 Hose. Until the next revision of the Special Instruction, make a note to use the information in this article for 31.8 mm (1.25") I.D. XT-6 Hose.
Follow the procedure given in the Special Instruction, and use the tools shown in the chart that follows. The skive length is the same as shown for 1.25" Inside Diameter XT-5 Hose in the Special Instruction.
