Do not perform any procedure in this Special Instruction until you read this information and you understand this information.
The 197-6700 Piston can be used in all the above 3600 Engines. The 197-6700 Piston is the same weight as the former pistons and can be mixed with the former pistons.
The 197-6700 Piston cannot be mixed with the heavier 218-3589 Piston .
Use the Correct Cuffed Cylinder Liner
The 197-6700 Piston must be used with one of the following cylinder liner sleeves:
Note: The 197-6700 Piston cannot be used with the 116-0682 Cylinder Sleeve due to an interference fit.
