New Gauges Used In Instrument Panel{7450,7453,7455}
Usage:
G342, G379, G398, G399, 3304 and 3306 Natural Gas Engines
Description of Change: New argon gas filled gauges are used in the instrument panel groups for the above engines. These new gauges are sealed to keep moisture (water) out of the gauges.
Formerly, gauges with vents have been used. These vents in the gauges let moisture get into the gauge. This made it difficult to read the gauge and at times caused corrosion in the gauge.
Adaptable As: The new gauges are direct replacements for the former gauges as shown in the chart. A 6V3507 Seal must be used with each new gauge.
