Usage:
Start By:
a. remove radiator guard and radiator
1. Remove six bolts (1) and remove damper (2) from the hub.
2. Remove air conditioner vee belt (3). Loosen bolt (4), but do not remove.
3. Use tooling (A) to loosen hub, remove tooling (A). Remove bolt (4) and remove hub.
NOTE: The following steps are for installation of the vibration damper and pulley.
4. Position the hub and install bolt (4). Tighten bolt (4) to a torque of 307 ± 25 N·m (230 ± 20 lb. ft.); tap the head of bolt with a hammer and then repeat the torque again. Washer must be installed with the maximum flat area next to the hub.
5. Install air conditioner vee belt (3) and adjust belt tension.
6. Position vibration damper (2) and install bolts (1).
