New Hose Assemblies Used For Supply Lines To Elevator Motor{5057,5314}

Usage:

623B Tractors

Description of Change: New hose assemblies are used in the tractor-to-scraper lines for 623B Tractors. These hose assemblies are used in supply lines for the elevator motor. They will not kink (bend tightly) when the tractor-scraper is turned all the way to the right or left.

Adaptable To: The new 6G6498 Hose Assemblies are direct replacements for the 9D5397 Hose Assemblies for 623B Tractors.

If desired, the new 6G6498 Hose Assembly can be fabricated from 1-3S8568 Stem Assembly, 2-3S7116 Sleeve, 1-1P7929 Stem Assembly and 28.74" (73 cm) 5P182 Hose to the dimensions shown in Illustration 1. Two (2) are required.

NOTE: For correct operation and the longest possible service life, make sure the hose is cut to the exact length. The 3S8568 Stem Assembly must be to the front of the machine when the hoses are installed, and the tubes to which the hoses connect must be as far to the rear on the gooseneck as possible.
