6V2091 Tap Available For Repairs On Spiralock Threads For Bevel Gear And Steering Clutch Case {0611,4059}

D9H and DD9H Tractors
Spiralock threads are used in the 25 bolt holes in the bevel gear cover for the bevel gear and steering clutch case on D9H and DD9H Tractors.
A bolt installed in a hole with Spiralock threads will feel loose, but looseness is not an indication of worn threads. If the threads are damaged, the 6V2091 Tap must be used for repairs. The 6V2091 Tap has a 3/8-16 thread.
The 6V2091 Tap can be used on Spiralock threads in the machines shown in the chart which follows:
