Connecting Rod - Inspect
本步骤用来确定连杆的下述特点：
- 连杆扭曲度
- 连杆孔的平行度

检查连杆平行度。 (1) 测量销 (2) 连杆 (A) 测量自连杆的距离 (B) 测量活塞销轴承孔与连杆轴承孔的中心距。 | |
- 使用适当的工具测量连杆 (2) 的距离。
- 适当的距离测量仪
- 测量销 (1)
注: 进行测量之前应先卸下连杆轴承。
- 测量连杆扭曲度和两个孔的平行度。
必须在距离 (A) 处进行测量。 连杆两侧的距离 (A) 数值为
100 mm (3.94 inch) 。测量长度 (B)。
各侧之间长度 (B) 的测量值总差变化不得超过
± 0.08 mm (± 0.0031 inch) 。 - 检查活塞销轴承和活塞销有无磨损和其它损坏。
- 测量活塞销在活塞销轴承中的间隙。 有关间隙尺寸的信息，请参阅技术规格, "连杆"。
