机器速度修正系数的值由维修人员编程。 机器速度修正系数在工厂编程为 0%。 使用 Caterpillar 电子技师(Cat ET)维修工具的配置屏幕来改变机器速度修正系数。 除非机器处于静止,否则不能改变机器速度修正系数。 机器速度修正系数可能使用以下公式计算:

  • 实际机器速度减去报告的机器速度除以报告的机器速度。 之后,用总数乘以 100%。

实际机器速度是机器的真实速度。 例如,该速度可使用雷达枪测量。 报告的机器速度是由 ECM 计算的机器速度。 报告的机器速度通过监控系统和 Cat ET 显示。 以下为机器速度修正系数的两个示例:

  • 实际机器速度为 52 km/h (32.3 mph),报告的机器速度为 50 km/h (31 mph)。 之后,[(52 km/h - 50 km/h) ÷ 50 km/h] × 100%。 机器速度修正系数为 +4.0%

  • 实际机器速度为 48 km/h (30 mph),报告的机器速度为 50 km/h (31 mph)。 之后,[(48 km/h - 50 km/h) ÷ 50 km/h] × 100%。 机器速度修正系数为 −4.0%

通常,如果应使用机器速度修正系数,则描述精确值的文件可用。 因此机器速度修正系数很少需要使用上述公式来计算。

注: 对于改用 59/80R63 轮胎的 5YW 机器,应使用机器速度修正系数 +4.785。
